The disparity in school enrollment between girls and boys is a concerning issue in the established schools, with girls facing various challenges such as limited support and external factors like community perceptions. To address this, the project unfolds in several phases. Initially, expert-led mentorship sessions and motivational speeches aim to empower the girls. Focused group discussions involving religious leaders, community figures, and school stakeholders follow, fostering a collective understanding. Practical support is provided through the distribution of stationery and sanitary towels, addressing immediate needs. Community cohesion is promoted through diverse activities, including co-curricular pursuits. The project’s ultimate goal is to boost girls’ enrollment by 10%, challenging and overturning prevailing community perceptions. By providing the necessary support, the project seeks to empower girls to independently pursue their education.
