The Ukrainian Christian Church in Oradea project aims to establish a supportive environment for Ukrainian youth by providing cooking and carpentry classes for boys and girls. The project has engaged 52 participants and successfully organized multiple facets of the initiative, including branching into five distinct areas: a cooking club, carpentry club, music club, knitting club, and spiritual/social youth meetings. Throughout the project, up to 45 children and teenagers have been involved, with organized workplaces and necessary tools supplied for each activity. The project not only fosters skills development—particularly among teenagers—but also encourages social interaction, creating a warm atmosphere where participants can build relationships with one another and their families. Despite varying backgrounds, ages, and genders, attendees have bonded over shared interests, which is especially valuable for those far from home. Overall, this initiative serves as a promising foundation for ongoing community engagement and personal growth among the youth.
