The “Time Club” project, led by three Ukrainian women in Sibiu, aims to create a welcoming space for young Ukrainians to gather and engage in table games, fostering communication and connection among youth. With a focus on providing a safe environment, the organizers carefully select a variety of games, including those with developmental and educational value. Notably, the project has successfully engaged 55 participants and is committed to continuing its activities even after funding ends. The Time Club has made a significant impact on the social adaptation of children and youth who have relocated from their home country, becoming a central hub for social interaction. Participants enjoy a cozy atmosphere where they can relax, play board games, watch educational films, and participate in competitions, all while developing strategic, intellectual, and communication skills. The club encourages active dialogue and the exchange of ideas among members of different age groups, creating a cohesive community united by shared interests. Themed events, such as Mafia parties and Shrovetide celebrations, have further attracted new visitors and deepened the engagement of regular attendees, leaving lasting positive memories for all involved.
